They say March and April are the most humid months of the year in Denver and while on Saturday we had a gorgeous day, 80 degrees out and feeling like Summer, on Sunday the temperature dropped to 20 degrees and it snowed!

So I figured, this Jonathan Adler windproof umbrella would bring the right amount of colors to my day! Who says an umbrella has to be boring?

Denver Designer District

Apparently Denver has a Designer District with over 40 designer showrooms. I found this ad in the latest issue of 5280 magazine, entitled Best of the ‘Burbs and I can’t wait to check it out! They are open to the public on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm and I’ll be visiting the area pretty soon and take loads of pictures.

But, can I confess something? I’m praying it’s not going to be like the Denver Home Show. You know…antlers/bull-inspired furniture and the likes. I can hope.
