The whole house was taken down to studs and the interior was completely redesigned and remodeled by owner/designer/artist and master craftsman, Stefan Crane in 2008.

STUDIO

The studio exterior has a residential look; it is built to code and is suitable for habitat.  It also has 3 phase power.  Located in the rear of the property, it has a paved driveway and sidewalk connecting it to the house and street.  It features lots of large double pane sliding windows, a 6 x 8 foot double glass entrance door, and 10 foot ceilings.  There is a  new 5 Ton 3 phase York central heat (gas) and air conditioning unit (elec). 



Wide new driveway goes from street to studio in back.  Bifold doors (insulated) are 9 ft tall and 12 ft wide, they open wide enough to drive in most RV's.

 This building is currently used as a shop and art studio.  It has a completely open floor plan which could be used as is or reconfigured for any number of things. It does have plumbing roughed in for a kitchen and additional bathroom.   

Notice the sun coming in almost the whole width.  This is because the building is set facing south for a passive solar gain in the winter months and minimal gain during the summer, really helps with utility bills.

We have wonderful neighbors in our immediate area, most have been here 15 years or more and are a great group of people.  The neighborhood association is very active with projects and social events.
