Future of London to visit South Kilburn

The next Future of London Major Project Site Visit takes us to South Kilburn, and is taking place on 30 September at 09.30am. Places are now available to members of Future of London on a first come, first served basis.

The scheme in question aims to replace 1500 affordable homes, with 2,600 new mixed tenure homes, a new school, health facilities and shops in the area.The South Kilburn Neighbourhood Trust has been established to take the local social and economic programme forward, and Brent Council is currently acting as a master developer to bring forward delivery of housing proposals.

The day will include presentations from the South Kilburn Partnership, L&Q and LB Brent, and be followed by a walking tour of the main site.
